Invite your speaker

Share temporary sign-in credentials, or use a short-lived, single-use Magic Login link or QR where enabled. Normal access checks still apply; the presenter does not need a permanent account.

Check the connection

The presenter sees connection status, a microphone level, mute and recovery controls. Clear reconnect guidance helps restore the source when a connection drops.

Bring them on air

Start translation from your host console. Pair with Companion Mode to send the translated audio to audience phones.

Prepare the link. Keep the floor.

Adjust link expiry

Use the default 24-hour expiry, change it or disable automatic expiry without changing the QR. Explicit removal, credential rotation and access revocation still apply.

Check audio before starting

Use the presenter’s level meter, connection status and mute control to check readiness. Microphone and available shared-audio options depend on the browser.

A familiar presenter interface

Public interface language is independent of the language being spoken or translated. The host still selects the session’s translation outputs.
