Keep terminology consistent

Maintain a team translation glossary and a separate Vocabulary Augmentation list for recognition hints in same-language captions and transcription. Vocabulary accepts up to 100 terms and applies on the next Start.

Options for platform operators and dedicated deployments

Configure per-tenant limits, recording retention and session duration. Review cross-tenant billing with unpriced usage flagged, and use versioned rate cards. Dedicated stacks are available for tenants requiring a separate database. Tenant deletion destroys encryption keys and is guarded and audited.
